For housing societies

Cover every family in your society

For less than a cup of chai per flat per month. The committee arranges it once, and no resident ever has to think about it again.

Why societies choose omya

What the committee actually gets

  • Peace of mind for every resident

Elderly parents living alone, families with young children, residents who'd never get round to arranging this themselves — all covered, without anyone having to sign up individually.

  • One point of contact for the committee

You get a named contact at omya, not a support queue. Enrolment, changes and questions all go through one person who knows your society.

  • Transparent monthly reporting

The committee sees enrolment numbers and anonymised usage — enough to show the AGM the benefit is real, and never enough to identify who used it or why.

  • Live in about a week

From committee approval to every resident covered is typically seven days. There's no infrastructure to install and nothing to maintain.

Rollout

Three steps, about a week

  1. The committee approves

We'll come to a committee meeting, answer questions, and quote against your number of flats. No commitment until the committee votes.

  2. We enrol residents in bulk

You share the resident roster. Everyone gets an SMS to complete their own health profile — about two minutes each — and we map your buildings and wings so a crew finds the right flat, not just the right gate.

  3. Everyone's covered

Residents download the app and they're live. Any resident can opt out individually and opt back in later; cover offered to a group is still each person's choice.

On Inspacco — we work with Inspacco as a distribution partner for housing societies, which is often how a committee first hears about us. It isn't a reason to choose omya, and your cover doesn't depend on it. Judge us on response time and on the crew that turns up.
